Chicago
The Chicago Chapter of AAGEF was launched in 2007 to support the alumni and students of
the French Grandes Écoles in the Windy City and its outer suburbs.
Under this umbrella of a regional chapter of the AAGEF, our Grandes Écoles'
representatives have built very strong links amongst each other in order to organize
significant local social events.
On the 4th Tuesday of every month, we all meet for an
Apéritif (Happy Hour) at the Bar of the
Sofitel downtown Chicago between 5:30 and 8PM.
Our regional chapter benefits from the honorific and kind support of the
Consul Général and collaborates actively
with other local associations within the Comité des Associations Françaises et
Francophones du Midwest (CAFF) in the
organization of social events of a national dimension (such as Bastille Day).
